The plate and frame filter press in use is equipped with a Y100 pressure gauge with a range of 0-1 MPa; the normal operating pressure is 0.2 MPa. After roughly three cycles of operation, the pressure gauge no longer returns to zero, showing a drift of about 0.02 MPa. Currently, a Hongqi brand pressure gauge is being used. Do any experts have any brand recommendations that are durable?
Why not install a flanged pressure transmitter?
Pressure gauges used on plate and frame filters are mostly electric contact pressure gauges; flanged vibration-resistant diaphragm pressure gauges can also be used

Find out the reason why it drifted. Is the vibration strong? It’s designed to be resistant to strong vibrations. There are too many brands: Brady, Chuanyi, Tiankang, Jindi, Miaodi – many of them.
