Disorder occurs when the aromatic ACCS system switches to DCS control

I would like to ask the experts in this field: when switching from DCS control to the ACCCS system of UOP, parameter confusion occurred, which led to a shutdown of the system; since then, no one has dared to make such a switch anymore. Could everyone please help analyze what caused this? Is there a solution? Also, the video communication sometimes gets disconnected; I don’t know why. PLC is APACS. Thank you
