As shown in the diagram, an SIS diagram is installed. If the boiler’s liquid level, pressure, and inlet flow rate are all within normal ranges, the interlock system operates properly. However, if the inlet flow rate to the fan suddenly drops, the interlock is activated, and as a result, the plant stops operating. To resume production, do I need to route them all to the bypass first and then press the reset button? If I don’t press the reset button and try to start the fan on-site, will it fail to start?
