RT: It’s a 20-ton waste heat boiler with a pressure range of 3.5 to 5 Mpa; it’s located in a non-explosion-proof area. The design team selected electric control valves for the boiler make-up water control valve, steam outlet control valve, and relief valves. I think pneumatic control valves would be more flexible, as some valves need to operate frequently in PID control systems, and I’m concerned that electric valves might not be suitable for such applications.
