🔣 The anti-static grounding facilities are not installed in the antistatic raised floor in the cabinet room of the control room. Standard requirements: 1. According to Article 5.3.1 of the \"Code for Design of Grounding in Instrument Systems\" (HG/T 20513-2014), in the automatic control equipment (instrument cabinets, consoles, panels, racks, boxes) installed in control rooms/field cabinet rooms (centralized) for instruments, protective grounding busbars, signal and shielding grounding busbars, and intrinsically safe grounding busbars shall be provided in a classified manner. It shall meet the following requirements: (1) The protective grounding terminals of each instrument and device, as well as the signal and shielding grounding terminals, are connected to the protective grounding busbar and the working grounding busbar respectively through their own grounding wires. (2) Various types of grounding busbars are connected to the protective grounding collection board and the working grounding collection board via their respective grounding branch lines. (3) Each bus bar (mounting rail) of the Zener-type safety barrier can be connected to the intrinsically safe working ground assembly plate using two separate grounding branches. It can also be achieved by connecting the grounding branch wires in series at both ends, and then connecting them to the working ground collection board (see figure below).
2. Article 4.2.1 of the \"Code for Design of Grounding of Instrumentation in Petrochemical Industries\" (SH/T 3081-2003): For instrument signal circuits in instrumentation and control systems that require grounding, operational grounding shall be implemented. Article 4.2.4 The working ground shall not be mixed with the protective ground before being connected to the assembly panel or grid-type grounding bar. Article 4.2.6 The grounding of the signal circuit shall adopt a single-point grounding method.
3. According to Article 3.4.7 of the \"Design Code for Control Rooms\" (HG/T 20508-2014), the floors in operation rooms and engineer’s rooms should be made of anti-static and non-slip building materials that do not generate dust; raised flooring can also be used. Raised flooring is recommended for cabinet rooms, and such flooring must have anti-static, fire-resistant, and water-resistant properties.
