I would like to ask the teachers for advice: Recently, I’ve been unable to release sulfur from the sulfur melting tank in my desulfurization process. The analysis of the desulfurization liquid showed that the concentration of these two salts reached 300. Could it be that high salt levels are causing this issue, or are there any other factors at play?
The foam is good; the pot is from Shijiazhuang.
What process? Tannin? PDS?
Your sulfur melting tank needs to be cleaned; there’s too much slag in it. It has nothing to do with the two types of salts, but such a high salt content affects the desulfurization efficiency

It has been confirmed that the sulfur melting tank does not belong to Shijiazhuang Jingzhi Chemical Industry, and it is not necessarily due to the presence of by-products; it might be caused by a defect in the design of the sulfur melting tank
Clean it up and take a look? Check the equipment by the way.
Is it solved now? Is the sulfur melting tank dirty? Wash the pot. WeChat: 13739752185. I’ll help you solve it
Is there a lot of foam carried in the supernatant? What are the temperature and pressure readings inside the kettle? The most likely reason is that, due to prolonged use of the sulfur melting furnace, slag has accumulated on its inner wall.
It has been confirmed that it is not a sulfur melting tank from Shijiazhuang; Shijiazhuang Jingzhi Chemical Industry offers comprehensive after-sales service, so such situations will not occur.
