Seeking partners to promote the high-temperature fluidized bed process for coking coal pretreatment and modification. Process advantages: First, a high-temperature fluidized bed dryer is used to simultaneously achieve: (1) the drying and dehydration of the raw coal； (2) and simultaneously classify it into coarse-grained coal and fine-grained coal ； (3) The graded fine coal is dried to 0% moisture content (at a temperature of 150–175°C) ； (4) The coarse-grained coal is dried to 0% moisture, then rapidly preheated to a temperature close to the softening temperature of the raw coal (375°C) before being conveyed to the coke oven coal tower. Second, the collected fine coal is screened into ultra-fine powder, fine powder, and coarse powder: the coarse powder is returned to the dryer for preheating ； After being shaped, the ultra-fine powder is combined with the screened fine powder and transported together to the coal tower. Third, ultra-fine powder forming processes: extrusion molding using coal tar pitch as a binder and extrusion molding without a binder.
