Dear experts, what type of pipeline should be used for 850-degree raw gas before it is cooled? Is a heat-resistant design needed? If anyone has a material grade table for gas purification, please send it to me. Thank you very much
Using refractory bricks for lining the waste gas pipeline is sufficient (make sure to leave proper expansion joints); there is no need to use other materials with higher fire resistance ratings, such as 310S, as these materials are too expensive and not cost-effective

It’s extremely simple; clay bricks will solve the problem – that’s how it’s done in coke ovens
The pressure is not high, so carbon steel can be used.
The rising pipe of the coke oven is lined with refractory bricks that are curved in shape; standard refractory materials are used for this purpose, and it has been in use for many years without any problems.
