Is it a water-coal slurry gasifier? There is also a nitrogen seal at the point where nitrogen enters the coal water slurry gasifier, in the gasifier combustion chamber’s pressure tapping pipe; could it be that this nitrogen valve has leaked?
Is the purity of the oxygen produced by air separation up to standard? This could also be a reason
This is likely related to the fact that it is difficult to completely displace nitrogen after replacing it with nitrogen in the sampling equipment, resulting in residual nitrogen
I wonder if the original poster’s problem has been solved? Have you found the reason?
Check along the process: oxygen concentration, raw coal, nitrogen sealing, etc
1. There is an issue with the analysis. 2. There is a problem with sampling. 3. Is the manual valve for high-pressure nitrogen at the pressure-taking tube of the vaporization furnace open too much? Generally, if it is opened too widely, the temperature of the vaporization furnace will be relatively lower, and the pressure difference at the slag outlet will increase. It’s also possible that the issue here isn’t an overly open valve but rather internal leakage in the valve; this is for reference only. We’ve encountered this problem as well with the third one
The problem has been identified; it’s a leak in the nitrogen valve. Thank you all for your help
