Recently, the comprehensive utilization project for coke oven exhaust gases at Jin Taoyuan was successfully put into operation. The product parameters meet the required standards, and the project has officially entered the trial production phase. The comprehensive utilization project for coke oven exhaust gas at Jin Taoyuan Coal Coking Group Co., Ltd. uses coke oven gas as raw material; after passing through a gas holder, pre-compression, TSA treatment, advanced desulfurization, shift reaction, PSA processing, cryogenic nitrogen production, and combined compression, the gas is transformed into a raw material for ammonia synthesis, from which liquid ammonia is subsequently produced. The annual production capacity is 150,000 tons of liquid ammonia. The operation of this project not only enables the efficient recovery of waste resources in the coking industry but also significantly reduces carbon emissions, serving as a model for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional coal coking industry. Once the project is put into operation, it will be able to handle a large volume of coke oven exhaust gases each year, contributing to the development of a regional circular economy industry chain and helping to achieve the \"dual carbon\" goals.
