On the morning of June 6, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the Shanxi Black Cat Clean Energy · Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry project in Yaoqu, Linfen was held at the Swan Hotel in Linfen, Shanxi. Yue Puyu, Secretary of the Linfen Municipal Party Committee; Liu Yuqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Chen Gang, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and also Secretary of the Yaodu District Party Committee; Yang Baochun, Deputy Secretary of the Yaodu District Party Committee and District Head; Li Baoping, Chairman of Shaanxi Yellow River Mining (Group) Company; and Du Hongkui, Chairman of Shanxi Haizi Coking (Group) Company, attended the event and unveiled the plaques for Shanxi Heimao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Vice Mayor Wang Yanfeng. It is understood that, in accordance with the provisions of the \"13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Coal Chemical Industry Circulation in Shanxi Province\", the \"Three-Year Plan for the Development of the Coal Chemical Industry in Shanxi Province (2015–2017)\", as well as relevant guidelines from Linfen City’s industrial development plan, Shaanxi Yellow River Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Haizi Group Co., Ltd. have agreed to establish Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Heimao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. within Linfen City. By taking advantage of Linfen’s resources and strategic location as a base for coking coal, these companies plan to build projects capable of producing 20 million tons of raw coal per year, 16 million tons of washed refined coal per year, and 10 million tons of high-value coal chemical products per year. The total investment for these projects is 90 billion yuan. Among them, Shanxi Haizi Coal Industry Co., Ltd., serving as the raw material base for Shanxi Heimao Clean Energy Co., Ltd., is established on the basis of Zhongmei Puxian Jinchang and Zhongmei Puxian Yushuo Coal Industry Co., Ltd.; it integrates the resources of Yu Yuan and Xin He coal mines to build a Pucheng coal mine with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons. At the same time, coal exploration plans are carried out in the exploration areas surrounding the Yushuo coal mine as well as in the Daning Sanduo–Puxian Xueguan exploration area, in accordance with the 20-word mining strategy of \"prioritizing benefits, ensuring funding support, following up with commercial activities, conducting systematic exploration, and achieving rapid progress,\" with the ultimate goal of reaching an annual raw coal production of 20 million tons. Shanxi Black Cat Clean Energy Co., Ltd. covers an area of about 20,000 mu and is building a fine coal chemical project with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons in Yaodu District, Linfen. It is reported that the project will fully implement the five development concepts of \"innovation, coordination, sustainability, openness, and sharing,\" so that the newly established company will become a enterprise in the field of circular economy and clean energy chemicals that is safe, environmentally friendly, sustainable, and low-carbon, while also achieving a balance between social and economic benefits. Upon completion of all projects, an output value of 100 billion yuan, profits of 27 billion yuan, and tax revenues of 10 billion yuan can be achieved, while 15,000 jobs will be created. Shaanxi Yellow River Mining Group is one of the top 500 large private energy and chemical enterprises in China. Shaanxi Heimao Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huanghe Mining Group, initially issued A shares and was listed on the main board on November 5, 2014. The group’s headquarters is located in the Xincheng District of Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province. The mining areas are situated in the northern part of the Weibei coal \"black belt.\" To the east, they face the main coking coal production area in Linfen, Shanxi, across the Yellow River; to the west, they are connected to the Huangling coal chemical industry zone in Yan’an; to the south, they border the thermal coal production area in Guanzhong; and to the north, they are adjacent to the coal, electricity, and chemical energy production areas in Northern Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.
