I work with ammonium sulfate; what should I do if there is high resistance associated with it?

It depends on which part experiences greater resistance – the preheater or the saturator. Different situations require different solutions. If there is resistance in the saturator, it should be cleaned regularly with acid; otherwise, sulfur ammonium crystals will form inside the saturator and cause increased resistance. If the preheater has high resistance, it needs to be stopped so that it can be cleaned
The second floor is the correct choice. Also, it depends on whether there is an acid remover or a mist catcher after the saturator; a clogged mist catcher can easily lead to increased resistance
Coking plant: We use negative pressure for ammonia evaporation here, and now the resistance in the tower has increased as well
I basically agree with your view, but I’m not sure about the specific process parameters specified by the person who raised the question – such as the acidity control range, the interval between acid additions, and the allowed temperature range for the mother liquor.
