What needs to be confirmed when handing over a new coal gasification project to the construction contractor?

Movable equipment must be tested during operation to ensure it functions properly. For pipes and valves, it is necessary to check whether there is any stress in the pipes and whether the pipe supports are installed correctly. Fixed equipment requires corresponding pressure test reports; if its internal structure is complex, an inspection inside the equipment is also needed. Finally, a full-scale test should be conducted to assess its performance – if everything works fine, then there should be no major issues. These are just my personal opinions for reference only

China Communications Conditions 1: The project shall be completed in accordance with the design specifications； 2. The project quality is qualified ； 3. After the pressure testing of the process and power pipelines is completed, the system has been cleaned, purged, and made airtight, with insulation work largely finished ； 4. Complete the items related to the three inspections and four determinations that affect the joint commissioning, as well as handle any design changes; determine the completion times for the remaining tasks. CCCC-related tasks: 1. Verification and handover of the actual engineering quantities in accordance with the design specifications ； 2. Review, verification, and handover of the preliminary evaluation documents for project quality as well as relevant commissioning records ； 3. Handover of installation tools, remaining spare parts, and materials ； 4. Final project cleanup and confirmation of completion time ； 5.
