Due to the low amount of gas, the temperature of the gas is 80°C, but the temperature of the mother liquor is only 40°C; as a result, the sulfur ammonium crystal particles are too small. Is there any solution?

It is likely that the processing capacity is too low; the volume of mother liquor in circulation is high, while the amount of gas used is much lower than what is designed or normal. No matter how high the preheating temperature of the gas, it is not sufficient to heat the mother liquor. Consider installing a direct steam pipe in the full-flow tank to directly heat the mother liquor. If the mother liquor circulation pump has control valves, reducing the outlet valve can decrease the circulation volume; try to see if the temperature of the mother liquor can increase a bit.
I made a steam heater and filled it with flow channels, but the effect was not significant; later it leaked, causing an increase in the level of the mother liquor, so I stopped using it. It makes no difference even if the outlet valve of the mother liquor pump is opened only halfway

If heating is carried out using the full flow tank, it doesn’t matter as this will increase the amount of mother liquor; it’s possible to take less mother liquor from the storage tank or even none at all, and the deficiency can be compensated for with steam condensate. System adjustments take time; adaptive adjustments should be made based on the changes that occur. The outlet valve of the secondary spraying pump also needs to be properly controlled, so that the full flow of mother liquor is present at the outlet.
