The coke ovens in my workshop have been emitting heavy smoke from their doors lately; this problem occurs with both the doors that have been cleaned and new doors. There are no issues with the rising pipes, bridge pipes, or collection pipes, and the high-pressure ammonia solution is functioning normally. I just can’t figure out what’s causing the smoke. Please help me out.

Check the pressure in the gas collection pipe, paying special attention to the pressures at five different points – especially the pressure at the bottom of the carbonization chamber. It’s likely that, due to the change in season, it is necessary to adjust the control pressure for the gas collection pipe (in other words, the current pressure in the gas collection pipe is too high)
I thought it was a problem with the smoke from the burner; we can discuss ways to deal with that. In a situation like this, I still think it’s better to carefully check the negative pressure system, as suggested by the person upstairs
