How to address the high temperature of wastewater discharged from gasification? The wastewater cooler gets clogged frequently, resulting in poor heat exchange and high wastewater temperatures
We have added a set of horizontal wastewater coolers; each time the vaporization furnace is serviced, one set out of the three sets is taken offline for high-pressure cleaning
1. Control the flash pressure properly to increase the true flash vacuum level. 2. Have a backup wastewater heat exchanger available for use in substitution. 3. Install a pipe from the outlet of the sump flushing tank heat exchanger to the external drainage pipe; when the wastewater heat exchanger is not effective at performing heat exchange, use the flushing tank heat exchanger to cool the wastewater before discharging it
