The fuel gases that can be used to preheat and bake the Texaco gasifier include liquefied gas, natural gas, and methanol off-gas; diesel can also be used when the temperature exceeds 600°C. Different preheating burners are required for each type of fuel gas. What are the differences between them? Also, how is ignition carried out during the baking process? ? ?
It’s more or less the same; the key is to grasp two points: 1. Prevent operators from being poisoned； 2. The negative pressure inside the gasification furnace should be appropriate; ensure that there is no fuel gas in the furnace before igniting it, to prevent deflagration or explosion. In terms of operation, there’s not much difference, right?……
