It’s normal. In winter, as some moisture in the coke oven gas condenses into liquid water mist, ammonia dissolves easily in water; a large amount of ammonia is carried away by this moisture, resulting in a lower proportion of ammonia in the gas phase.
Why is the ammonia content in coke oven gas so volatile? ? ? The ammonia levels in front of the tower are indeed affected by climate conditions, but those behind the tower should be more stable; even if there are fluctuations, they probably won’t reach ranges of 600–6000, right?
