Do cyclone dust collectors for coal gas production come equipped with a built-in heating system? We are now going to build an electrically heated cyclone dust collector, with the process gas temperature at 500°C; it is required that the temperature inside the cyclone dust collector reach 500°C before the process gas passes through it℃

Why do we need to do this? Is a electrically heated cyclone dust collector used merely to preheat the cyclone dust collector? I guess what happened is that when the gasification furnace was started, the gases coming out of it were released directly without passing through a cyclone dust collector, and only after the gas composition met the required standards was it sent to the cyclone dust collector?
Could you provide a detailed explanation? The volume of gas involved must be considerable, and the heating temperature required is at least 500 degrees Celsius. Moreover, how can such a large heater be installed without affecting the normal operation of the cyclone in the future?
This should ensure that the desired temperature can be reached; it’s just that 1. how large is the pressure drop of this heater? 2. During the gasification process, there are particles in the raw gas; how can scaling and ash accumulation on the heat exchangers, as well as wear and tear on them, be avoided? 3. Is this heater of the shell-and-tube type or some other design?
