Seeking help with burner cooling water issues

Low pressure at the outlet of the water wash tower, high level in the burner cooling water tank, and high temperature at the outlet of the burner cooling water – why does this cause the inlet and outlet valves for the burner cooling water to open? ? ?
It’s probably not enough to just state this issue, as without knowing the conditions of your furnace and its interlock systems, it’s impossible to be sure whether the judgment made is correct.
Please provide detailed information: the type of your vaporization furnace, the interlock system of the burners, etc
The condition stated earlier is one that enables the opening from the back; it is a necessary but not sufficient condition
Are you sure that the temperature at the outlet of the burner cooling water is high, so that the inlet and outlet valves for the burner cooling water can be opened? If this condition is not taken into account, the other two conditions mean that when the vaporization furnace is not in operation and the liquid level in the burner cooling water tank is high, the inlet and outlet valves can be opened
