Will a large amount of slag accumulate in the quench chamber after the water-coal slurry vaporizer is shut down? Every time the space furnace stops, significant slag accumulation occurs inside the quenching chamber; it is necessary to manually remove this slag bit by bit. From the slag breaker all the way up to the downcomer, there is slag everywhere. The quenching ring is blocked, and half of the black water pipeline is also blocked. Please discuss the reasons for this.
Where is the quench ring blocked? Is it slag or scale that is blocking it? What is the normal flow rate of the cooling water? How is the quench water filter performing? How was the hopper locking operation before parking?
The filter is working fine; it should be switched regularly. The water outlet holes in the quenching ring are blocked, so no water is sprayed. The quench water volume is normal
How much has been blocked? Blocked in that area – what’s the situation with the calcium and magnesium suspended solids in your water?
How often do you change the coolant water filters, and what is the operating cycle for a single vaporization furnace? Indicate when to stop the slag crusher after parking
In the owner’s case, it is a systemic issue; it’s not caused by a malfunction in a single device. It results from operating under conditions that are not those for which the system was designed, coupled with inadequate operation management.
