In the multi-nozzle opposed gasification process, why is it necessary to bypass the coal slurry feed pump’s trip interlock after pressing the reset button during the startup control of the gasifier? If the coal slurry feed pump indeed stops operating during the startup and feeding process, is it still necessary to continue with the subsequent steps of the startup procedure? I would be extremely grateful if the senior colleagues present could offer some guidance and explanations!
We didn’t bypass the coal slurry; resetting simply meant opening the valve for oxygen supply to start establishing an oxygen flow rate. . .
The bypasses include the slurry flow rate and oxygen flow rate, as well as the interlock for the difference in slurry flow rates. Then the oxygen vent valve closes and takes effect after a 2-second delay
