Maintenance Plan for Depressed Benzene Storage Tank

At present, our company has a 3,000-cubic-meter crude benzene storage tank equipped with an internal floating roof that is planned to be taken out of service for maintenance. Do any of you have any relevant process measures for this: 1. How should the tank be purged after it is taken out of service, and what medium should be used for purging to ensure safety and reliability?； 2. Safety measures during hot work ； 3. Adopt or draw on that industry’s standards to develop a plan.
