During coal loading, the pressure of high-pressure ammonia water is 26–30. A pressure of 200–400 in the gas collection pipe during coal loading is normal; values above 500 are also acceptable. An oxygen content of 0.5–1.0 during coal loading is normal, though it sometimes exceeds 1.5, which can lead to adjustments being made to the electrostatic precipitator.
It is necessary to implement \"voltage regulation\" control for the high-ammonia pump – the high-ammonia pressure changes automatically as the coal loading progresses; a lower high-ammonia pressure is used when the flue gas volume is low, and this pressure is increased when the flue gas volume is high. This approach allows for a balance between smoke emission and oxygen content. If the high ammonia pressure is controlled using a \"constant pressure\" or even a \"constant frequency\" approach, in order to prevent smoking during coal loading, the high ammonia pressure is set at a relatively high level; as a result, a large amount of air is introduced, which naturally leads to an increase in the pressure in the gas collection ducts as well as an increase in the oxygen content in the gas.
