The resistance of the ammonia vaporization tower is 50 KPa. The pressure at the top of the tower was originally 50 KPa, but it is now around 20 KPa only. The temperature difference between the bottom, the middle section, and the top of the tower was originally 3°C; now this difference exceeds 7°C. As a result, the processing capacity of the ammonia vaporization tower has decreased. Please help

The sieve plate tower belongs to the bubble-type tray type, and its characteristic is easy clogging. Try following the suggestions from Haiyou on the 8th floor first; if that doesn’t work, it’s best to replace the tower tray.
There is a high possibility of blockage in the internal trays; remove the manhole for inspection
