We operate a small coal yard that mixes coal of various specifications, and we want to set up our own laboratory. Currently, coking coal is the main material used for blending, and the parameters that need to be measured include moisture, ash content, volatile matter, sulfur content, G value, and Y value. What equipment is needed to measure the above indicators? In the future, thermal coal and injection coal will also need to be mixed in; what equipment is required for this, and which parameters need to be measured? Coal hydrogen analyzer: The hydrogen analyzer is suitable for determining the contents of carbon and hydrogen in coal and other organic substances. The sample under test is burned in an oxygen stream at high temperatures to produce water and carbon dioxide, which are then absorbed by a water absorbent and a carbon dioxide absorbent respectively; the percentage contents of carbon and hydrogen are calculated based on the increase in weight of the absorbents. Moisture (total water, internal water): 3 to 4 adjustable electric heating convection ovens, along with several enamel trays and a few galvanized shallow trays are sufficient for this purpose. Ash, volatilization, caking – 3 muffle furnaces are required, along with several ash dishes, a crucible holder equipped with covered caking crucibles, and clamps. Coulomb sulfur analyzer, porcelain boat, gel layer analyzer. I can do all of the above; as for coal injection using thermal coal, my current knowledge isn’t sufficient for that
