I would like to ask the teachers: What material should be used to construct a 5-cubic-meter coking gas filtration tank? Is stainless steel needed?

Hello: It is a coking gas filtration tank, used in the upstream section of the gas pipeline of hot blast stoves to remove impurities such as tar from coking gas. The working pressure is around 20 kPa

The main equipment for gas purification includes gravity dust collectors, scrubbers, Venturi tubes, electrostatic dust collectors, and dry bag filters; I haven’t heard of filters being used as well. Was it your suggestion? Should it still be the leader who sets up the filters? Gas purification auxiliary equipment: dehydrators, gas shut-off valves, gas vent valves, pressure regulation valve assemblies, raw gas pipelines. Please provide a flow diagram showing at which point in the process the filter should be added. It also provides an analysis report on the components of the gas passing through the filter. Considerations regarding cost-effectiveness and practicality are involved, and there are many different types of materials that can be used for gases; the choice depends on the stage of the processing process. Generally, 316L/304 alloy steels are used, with the specific material being selected based on the composition of the medium, temperature, pressure, operating conditions, and cost considerations.
