It depends on the quality of the oil used for washing. If the electrostatic tar removal process isn’t effective, more oil needs to be used. What matters is the quality of the oil used in the cleaning cycle; this ratio is just a range, so there’s no need to be too precise. If the quality of the oil used for cleaning is poor, more oil should be utilized
Are there any online flow meters for regenerated lean oil? Lean oil analysis should be conducted on a daily basis. Under normal circumstances, if the composition of coke oven gas does not change much, the opening degree of the valve for regenerated lean oil is determined based on the results of the lean oil analysis tests, so such operations are not carried out very frequently； The slag discharge volume also needs to be determined based on the lean oil analysis indicators.
