Exchange valves, handles for these valves, various hydraulic cylinders, tie rods, chains, etc. (e) Furnace body 10. Check for any leaks in the furnace body. III. Remedial actions 1. If the heating control values for the coke oven are set incorrectly, adjust them immediately to the correct values. 2. When the calorific value of gas is abnormal, it is necessary to contact \"Nengzhong\" immediately to coordinate handling, and adjust the heating control values for the coke ovens temporarily based on the actual changes in calorific value. 3. When the opening degrees of the various flap valves at the site are abnormal, it is required to analyze the specific causes, make temporary adjustments to lock them in place, and promptly inform the maintenance team for further action. 4. In the event that the exhaust gas disc gets stuck or its components come loose, it should be addressed and repaired immediately. 5. Set the opening angle of the small flap on the exhaust gas tray to the correct value. 6. In cases where the exchange valve or its operating lever gets stuck or damaged, it should be addressed and repaired immediately. 7. In the event of a leak in the furnace body, it is necessary to contact the furnace maintenance staff promptly to locate the source of the leak and take immediate measures to repair the furnace body. As a temporary measure, furnace operators can appropriately adjust the combustion condition of the leaking flue to reduce smoke emission from the chimney and further damage to the furnace caused by leaks in the furnace structure. IV. Post-operation verification 1. After troubleshooting, confirm that no smoke is coming from the chimney. 2. Inspect and clean up the work site. 3. Check the operating status of the switch. V. Precautions 1. At least two people must be present when entering gas-filled areas, and the CO concentration must be checked. 2. The inspection and maintenance of related equipment shall comply with the gas operation procedures.
