Our 6.25-meter tamping coke oven is currently under construction; there is one temperature measurement and one pressure measurement that need to be considered in advance. The temperature refers to the central temperature of the coke cake. The plan is to insert a tube through the furnace door and smoke vents, and then insert a thermocouple to monitor the temperature ; The pressure is the head pressure; in the past there were no regenerative partitions, and now that partitions are in place it is not possible to measure this pressure. Therefore, it is planned to measure the suction force in the small flue to determine whether the amount of air is appropriate. Colleagues, is there a better way to monitor these two projects? Yes, that’s the case with large coke ovens these days; it’s not possible to measure the top of the regenerator
