If that is the case, for GBZ230 5.1.5 Carcinogenicity: the risk level is determined according to the IARC carcinogenicity classification; substances that are classified as definite human carcinogens are assigned to Category 1, representing an extremely high level of hazard. Then all the requirements specified in GB50074 for facilities for transporting liquids of toxicity levels I and II must be met. Can someone tell me how carcinogens such as coal tar are classified?
