Our plant utilizes an indirect heat exchange system with a horizontal-tube primary cooler; the heat exchange area is 4,200. A three-stage water heat exchange process is employed, involving circulating water, low-temperature water, and heating water. However, recently the temperatures have remained high, causing the temperature of the low-temperature water to reach 24 degrees Celsius. As a result, the temperature of the gas after passing through the primary cooler remains high. Is there anyone who can help us come up with some solutions?
