How is the negative pressure in medium-speed coal mills created?
The negative pressure of the control system is regulated by adjusting the vent valve at the outlet of the circulation fan.

The negative pressure is created by air extraction through circulation fans; the main source of this negative pressure is located at the grinder’s disk, where the disk acts as a barrier, thus creating a region of negative pressure. If you are in production, you can check the pressure levels at the inlet and outlet of the coal grinder – the inlet has positive pressure while the outlet has negative pressure
