Changes in electricity consumption per ton of coke produced

With reduced production, does the electricity (gas, water) consumption per ton of coke increase or decrease? For example, previously 120 batches were produced per day and night, while now 100 batches are produced; is the electricity consumption per ton of coke higher or lower? (The leader asked: The number of cycles completed is lower, and there’s less movement of the large machinery – so why hasn’t the power consumption decreased?) )
If power consumption doesn’t decrease, there must be an issue with the statistics
The total power consumption will decrease, while the power consumption per ton of coke will increase. Significant reductions were observed in the coal preparation and coking workshops, while there was little change in the chemical production and auxiliary workshops.
