In the pulverized coal gasification process, roller mills are commonly used. The design requirement is that the temperature at the outlet of the mill should be 105°C; the equipment manufacturers set an alarm threshold at 95°C for the temperature of the air-pulverized coal mixture. Is this setting reasonable? Is the temperature threshold set by the manufacturers too low, resulting in the equipment not being able to meet the process requirements?
This temperature is related to the pressure inside the coal grinder
