Qitaihe Lulong Mining's 1.5 million-ton coking upgrade and coke oven gas comprehensive utilization project (the core unit of Qitaihe Coal Chemical Cluster of China State Investment Corporation) is currently in the main construction + equipment installation stage and is planned to be put into operation in the first half of 2027. 1. Basic project information Full name of the project: Qitaihe Lulong Mining 1.5 million tons coking upgrading and coke oven gas comprehensive utilization project (the core unit of Qitaihe Coal Chemical Industry Cluster of China International Investment Corporation) construction unit: Construction site of Haiguotou Qitaihe Energy Development Co., Ltd. II. Core construction content 1. Main body upgrade (core) of the coke oven. The original 4.3-meter backward coke oven will be demolished and a new 2×65-hole 6.3-meter large tamping coke oven (ZHJL6255D type) coke production capacity will be built.: 1.5 million tons/year supporting full-process equipment such as coal preparation, coke screening and storage, ground dust removal, tar ammonia water separation, ammonium sulfate, benzene elution, desulfurization and sulfur recovery, ammonia evaporation, etc. 2. The environmental protection and energy-saving system has built a new dry quenching device to replace traditional wet quenching to achieve the triple benefits of water saving, carbon reduction and waste heat power generation. It is equipped with a dry quenching and waste heat power generation system, which recovers high-temperature waste heat for power generation and builds a desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, and phenol cyanide wastewater advanced treatment system. Comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas (core of circular economy) recovers 40,000 Nm³/h coke oven gas, purifies, and produces LNG (44,000 tons/year) by cryogenic liquefaction. The gas tail gas is supplied to the Park's Bosheng 18·30 project for the production of synthetic ammonia and urea, building a "coke-chemical" co-production system to produce by-product tar, crude benzene, ammonium sulfate and other chemical raw materials, extending the industrial chain. 3. Annual carbon reduction exceeds 10,000 tons, a model of circular economy: Coke oven gas is 100% resource-based, the raw coal utilization rate exceeds 95%, and the solid waste "eats up and squeezes out" is the core of industry collaboration: Provide stable coke and gas support for the Qitaihe Coal Chemical Industry Cluster (total investment of over 10 billion yuan) of China National Investment Corporation, and coordinate regional development of fine chemicals, comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and other projects: Stabilize the local coal chemical industry chain, create employment for more than 1,000 people, and add an annual output value of approximately 3 billion yuan IV.
