1. Handover person: 1. Strive to perform one’s duties well, complete the tasks assigned to the shift successfully, and lay a solid foundation for production in the subsequent shift. 2. Conduct a thorough inspection before ending work to stabilize production and ensure that all indicators meet the technical specifications. 3. Ensure that machinery and equipment operate properly, with backup equipment ready to start at any time. 4. Inspect and organize the production tools, fire-fighting equipment, and common items at the workstation; if any are lost or damaged, record it accordingly. 5. Ensure that all assigned equipment and the work area are kept clean before leaving work. 6. Fill in the shift handover record carefully. 7. Provide the successor with a detailed overview of the production situation for the shift, any problems that occurred, the procedures and outcomes taken to address them, as well as the issues that need to be addressed upon handover. 8. Listen humbly to the opinions of the successor; the person handing over the duties is responsible for identifying problems, while the successor assists in addressing them. 9. If the successor fails to arrive on time, the person on duty must remain at their post to ensure normal production and report the issue to the shift leader for resolution. 10. One may leave work only after signing by both parties involved in the shift handover. 2 Successor: 1. Arrive at the post 10 minutes in advance to hold the handover meeting. 2. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of production and equipment conditions during the shift; promptly bring any issues to the attention of the relieving worker and work together to resolve them. 3. Listen patiently to the person handing over the duties as they provide an overview, carefully examine and read the handover records, and sincerely seek their opinions. 5. If issues are identified during shift handover, both parties shall handle them together. 6. Any problems discovered after taking over are the responsibility of the person who takes over. 7. In case of a dispute with the person handing over the task, report it to the relevant team leader for resolution. 8.
