If a methanol-water solution with a molar ratio of 1:1 is turned into mixed steam at 150°C, will methanol vapor emerge first without water vapor during heating? Can methanol and water evaporate simultaneously when heated at a pressure of 1 Mp?
The distribution ratio of methanol vapor and water vapor exiting simultaneously is determined by their phase equilibrium.
