For the automatic control valves in those sections of the low-temperature methanol washing unit, it is better to use imported ones?
Our company has used both domestic and imported valves in its methanol washing units; one of the smaller methanol washing systems was equipped entirely with domestic valves, which performed well. On large-scale installations, imported components are generally used for high-pressure series with low-pressure systems, low temperatures (around -48°C), and boundary vent valves, in order to ensure stable operation of the installation and reduce the amount of gas vented. All low-temperature ball valves are domestically produced.
