The Lindler low-temperature process is in use; the total sulfur content in methanol remains high at 200 ppm (the target value is 100 ppm). Currently, the total sulfur content in the purified gas exceeds the target of 0.1 ppm, while the thermal regeneration tower is operating properly.
Consider the organic sulfur content; organic sulfur is not easy to resolve.
Is the thermal regeneration tower working properly? Can such a conclusion be drawn? From the perspective of poverty, it is a matter of regeneration.
By saying that your thermal regeneration tower is working properly, do you mean that the temperature values appear normal? And what about the levels of ammonia and water in the regeneration analysis?
