Sichuan Petrochemical’s 360,000 tons per year ethylene glycol plant was restarted after its temperature was increased on November 24; the plant had been shut down on the 13th of this month. 2. The 100,000-ton/year Meg plant in Huaihua, Anhui, was shut down temporarily due to a boiler failure. 3. The 200,000 tons per year Meg plant in Puyang, Henan, was shut down for maintenance on November 29th for about 20 days. 4. Maoming Petrochemical’s 120,000 tons/year Meg unit has been shut down for maintenance, with a duration of around 40 days. 5. The 200,000 tons per year meg plant of Hubei Fertilizer is gradually resuming operations, with product output expected by the end of this week. 6. The 200,000 tons/year Meg unit at Tongliao Jinmei has been restarted successfully, with its current load at around 90%. 7. The gasifier of the 200,000 tons per year Meg plant at Henan Nenghua Luoyang has been ignited and is operating steadily; product production is expected to begin by the end of the month.
