In her speech, Yang Yue said that with the coordination and support of the provincial Party committee and government, as well as the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Provincial Land and Resources Department, as well as the Yulin City Party committee and government, Yan’an Petroleum and Huadian Coal Industry have reached an agreement on the key aspects of their cooperation, achieving important progress at this stage.
