Cooling down issue of liquid nitrogen cooling box

Dear experts: There is an abnormal phenomenon occurring in the liquid nitrogen cooling tank of our company. After the syngas exits the nitrogen washing tower and passes through the second raw gas cooler, the temperature at various points on the inlet surface of the first raw gas cooler continues to drop. At the same time, the temperature of the raw gas entering the nitrogen washing tower rises. Could you please tell me what is causing this issue? Are there any good control methods?

Is the flow rate of syngas from the cold box normal? If the flow rate decreases, it might be that the synthetic gas pipeline is blocked
