On the moisture content in coal and its impact on gasification production. Depending on the state of water binding, the water in coal can be divided into three categories: inherent water, extrinsic water, and crystalline water. The high moisture content in the raw coal reduces its effective components, which is unfavorable for gasification ； Bridge formation tends to occur in the hopper, which is not conducive to continuous production ； A high internal water content reduces the slurry-forming capacity of coal, resulting in a low concentration of the coal slurry. This increases oxygen and coal consumption, thereby reducing the gasification efficiency.
