Project scale: The estimated total investment for the water treatment system is around 1.6 billion RMB ； The estimated total investment for the solid waste treatment system is around 600 million RMB ； The total estimated investment for the thermoelectric plant is around 2.6 billion RMB. 3. Cooperation model: It is planned to jointly invest in the construction with Guizhou Yufu and Guizhou Electric Power Institute by establishing a joint venture company, which will be responsible for the investment, construction, and operation management of the project. The by-products include solid sulfur, sulfuric acid, light alcohols, and heavy alcohols. The project also includes relevant utility systems, auxiliary facilities, and environmental protection measures. (7) Operating hours: 8,000 hours per year.
