Among them, the first phase of the 1,000-ton graphene production project requires a total investment of 410 million yuan, with completion and operation scheduled for 2019 ； The total investment for the second-phase project is 590 million yuan, with completion and operation scheduled for 2022. Upon completion of all projects, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 2 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 450 million yuan. Graphene is a carbon nanomaterial composed of carbon atoms, and it is widely used in areas such as mobile devices, aerospace, and new energy batteries. This project extracts graphene materials directly from coal, featuring few layers, high purity, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Upon completion of the project, large-scale production that is \"continuous, green, and cost-effective\" will become possible. Based on graphene materials, research and development of downstream products will be promoted, thereby gradually establishing a complete upstream and downstream industry chain for graphene. Once all of SNOW Group’s projects in Dalaat Banner – including those for producing 600,000 tons of methanol, 200,000 tons of stabilized light hydrocarbons, and 5,000 tons of graphene – are completed, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 35 billion yuan.
