Song Guoquan, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, met with Chen Shiliang, chairman of Zhejiang Tongkun Holding Group Co., Ltd., Sheng Zhongke, general manager of Shanghai Baosteel Gas Co., Ltd., and Wu Guangmei, chairman of Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and their entourage. City leaders Ling Yun, Wei Yi, and Wang Wensong, the city’s **secretary-general Luo Ping, as well as county leaders Wang Liangui, Xu Huawei, Wang Bin, and others attended the meeting. Song Guoquan welcomed enterprises to develop in Fei. He said that Hefei has shown strong development momentum in recent years, and industrial support is of great importance. It is understood that this project is located in the Longqiao Industrial Park in Lujiang. Shanghai Baosteel Gas uses coal as a raw material to produce syngas, which is then supplied to Zhejiang Tongkun Holding Group for the production of ethylene glycol. The total investment for the project is approximately 11 billion yuan, with a planned land area of around 1,800 mu. Once the project is completed and reaches full capacity, its annual output value will amount to 13 billion yuan, with annual profits and taxes totaling around 1.7 billion yuan, and annual tax payments of approximately 800 million yuan. Lujang Longqiao Industrial Park is an important part of Hefei’s “1331” project, and it serves as a key platform for our county to develop its “one core, two wings” structure. The total planned area of the park is 24 square kilometers, with the core area covering 8 square kilometers and the startup area accounting for 4 square kilometers. Leveraging the industrial foundation and geographical advantages in mineral extraction, processing, and deep processing in Lunan, the park focuses on industries such as chemicals and new materials, new mining practices and resource recycling, as well as modern logistics, striving to become an important base for the deep processing of mineral products and the comprehensive recycling of resources in the central region.
