Inner Mongolia Dongjing Bio-Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established on April 9, 2015; it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Dongyuan Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment in this project amounts to 2.93921 billion yuan, with 2.94 billion yuan allocated to the construction of a facility capable of producing 200,000 tons of BDO per year. The site for this facility is located to the south of the first phase of Dongyuan Technology’s premises, covering an area of about 150,000 square meters (225 mu). With an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, a profit of 1.26 billion yuan can be achieved. At present, due to process adjustments, the project has once again commissioned Wuhuan Engineering Company (formerly the Fourth Chemical Research Institute) to carry out the preliminary design. According to the design schedule, the blueprints are to be delivered on July 15. The environmental impact assessment, energy assessment, and safety assessment have also been re-commissioned, with approvals expected to be obtained by May 30. To ensure the construction timeline, our company plans to send the construction team on site by June 10, 2018, to carry out preliminary civil engineering work such as site leveling and foundation preparation. In 2018, it is planned to complete investments of 1 billion yuan. Construction is expected to begin in July 2018.
