After the compressor stops operating and the oil pump ceases to function, will the oil in the high-level oil tank flow downward? Will I have to refill the high-level fuel tank again before driving next time?
It will definitely flow down; otherwise, the purpose of having a high-level fuel tank would be lost~~~ It will be refilled automatically during the next drive, as there is a pipe that leads directly to the high-level tank, and the fuel in that tank is part of the fuel circulation system.
The high-level oil tank prevents damage to the compressor caused by a sudden loss of oil supply after the oil pump stops working; once the oil pump ceases to operate, the oil in the high-level oil tank will definitely flow down. Before driving next time, after the fuel pump starts, slightly open the quick fuel filling valve on the upper fuel tank; then check through the fuel return sight glass to see if there are any bubbles – a steady flow of fuel is sufficient. The quick oil feeding valve must not be closed.
