Recently, the Jinchan Electronic Bidding Comprehensive Trading Platform released the "Arong Banner Green Power Direct-Connected Hydrogen Production Jet Fuel Project Feasibility Study Report Preparation Service Procurement Announcement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement"). The "Announcement" shows that the Arong Banner green power direct-connected hydrogen production and aviation fuel project is located in Arong Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 11.095 billion yuan, and the purchaser is Shanxi International Energy Group Energy Storage Co., Ltd. The project plans to build a new 1GW wind power plant with a hydrogen production capacity of 174,000Nm³/h (annual hydrogen production of 47,000 tons), equipped with electrochemical energy storage + hydrogen storage, a storage and transportation base with a hydrogen storage capacity of 70 tons, an all-vanadium flow energy storage battery capacity of 150MW/600MWh, and a hydrogen fuel cell capacity of 150MW. The green hydrogen produced will all be used to synthesize green aviation kerosene, with an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of green aviation kerosene.
